Universal Seal of the Celtic Witch

This piece is well worn because it has been used so much.  We also used it when we tested it, upon recovering it.  It holds the universal seal of the Celtic Witch, one of the oldest types of witches around.  With this piece, anything that you write out on a piece of paper will become a spell that will be cast by the powers of the universe.  To officiate the spell, you will take the piece with the Celtic Seal and place it under the paper.  You will use a pencil to create a frottage on the paper beneath what you have written.  You will do this by rubbing a piece of pencil lead overtop of the seal while it is under the paper and allowing the texture of the seal to come through on paper.  This is also called creating a "rubbing", but that sounds kind of perverted.  Either way, that is how you will use this piece.
