This piece summons the 3rd Goetic Demon, who isn't actually a demon at all. In fact, I'm not sure why they call him that, but he can be found in the Lesser Keys of Solomon. He's even been described as a "prince of good nature." I think it would be fairly reasonable to simply refer to him as a spirit, possibly called a demon because people of the time didn't really fully understand how magic worked. Well, some of them didn't because they lived their lives under the heavy hand of the church. Anyway, that's a different topic for a different time.
This piece brings about the spirit of Vassago. He usually is the spirit that crystal scryers call upon, but you can also use this piece with a mirror or a looking glass. When using this piece Vassago will come to you and he will take you by the hand and lead you to any point in the past or the future that you wish to travel. He will show you your future and if there is anything about your future you don't like, he will show you the magic to use or the entity to summon in order to change it. He will not change it himself. He does not have this power. He is also the spirit of lost things, including love, money, and/or your way. When wearing this piece and calling upon his name you will be able to locate those things that you thought you have lost for good. It's a handy little piece.
