You may have issues with Astral travel or even meditation but with this piece, you won't have issue any longer. You can place this wherever you want to but before you get into a comfortable position or lay down, look into the crystal and then just look at the castle for a little while. Two to five minutes is fine and all you need. Then get comfortable and begin your travel or meditation.
