This piece has also come from the Black Bazaar, so there won't be a huge write up on where it has come from as we aren't the ones that have gone on the investigation to get this piece. What I can tell you is that this is not the original piece that was found. It is a replication of the original. The original power was found somewhere in modern-day Iran, which comprises the area that ancient and famed Babylon once existed. The crown jewelry of the Babylonia Empire was the tower that they were working to construct. If you don't remember from previous items or just general historical knowledge, this tower was called the Tower of Babel.
The goal of the Tower of Babel was to build a tower so high that it could reach Heaven. Seeing that the people of Earth were conspiring against Him God destroyed the Tower, but that's not the important part here. What comprised the Tower in the first place? What did they do there? Well, I don't have all of the answers for you, but I do have some. Among other uses, there existed within the Tower a society called the Temple of the Eye. The Temple of the Eye was a secret society and, long story short, they were able to embrace the powers at the center of the universe called the Cosmic Eye.
