I'm not sure how they got. I only know that they surely have it. We sent somebody on a secret investigation of the city that is currently being constructed underground by the remaining members of the Adelphi Organization. They believe that the world is going to be destroyed by a nuclear war that is caused by humans, so they have built this underground city in such a way that it is safe from nuclear fallout.
The underground city is complete with Temple structures, which is where we found this piece. This piece is one that holds magic for a group of Adelphians that is referred to as the Holy Seers. They are not religiously affiliated, but it is believed that these visions are given to them by the divine forces of nature and the universe. These visions are of the End of Times and even include answers to mysteries given in books such as Revelation and Daniel about the End of Time. However, it also coincides with other beliefs such as Islam, Hinduism, Shintoism, and Buddhism.
