There really isn't much to understand where it comes to this piece. It summons an ancient entity called Hebondia who is the queen mother of all fairies, harpies, furies, brownies, and a host of other creatures bringing you the Fair Folk.

You can use this piece to summon her and she would grant you the entity that you are looking for. For instance, you could use the fairy for healing. You could use a brownie to carry out revenge. You could use a knocker to find wealth, etc.
