This is a costume set that includes a necklace and two earrings. You do not have to wear the earrings if you do not want to. That part is completely and entirely up to you. However, you will need to be wearing the necklace. Trust me, you aren't going to want to miss out on this one. It holds the energies of the cosmic "sweet spot" that is written about in the Bible.
