According to the Arbatel of Magic, otherwise known as the Arbatel Grimoire, there are celestial spirits who govern the world from the stars. There are multiple of which that control different sections of the universe, splitting among them in different portions that cover the total 196 Olympic Provinces. From the stars and among Heaven, these spirits may occasionally dictate the actions of other beings and spirits or get involved in other magical or natural affairs within their area of control - it depends on whether or not it requires them to get involved. This does not often occur. There is usually another spirit or entity that may be called instead in their place. These spirits usually only intervene when a situation or predicament calls for their magic specifically.
There are seven governors, among which the 196 Olympic Provinces are split differently. The seven names are as follows: Aratron, Bethor, Phaleg, Och, Hagith, Ophiel and Phul.
The correct pronunciation of these spirits' names will also not impede your ability to interact with them.
In order to interact with these spirits, it is true that any individual spirit must be evoked in advance but we have already taken care of that for you and it is not something that you need to concern yourself with.
This piece is linked with Aratron, governor of 49 Olympic Provinces. He controls the most Olympic Provinces individually compared to other spirits. He holds control over all that is influenced by Saturn. He is the teacher of alchemy, magic, medicine and the mastery of invisibility. He manages familiars, fertility and longevity, which he can choose to bestow on other people or creatures of his choosing. He can take items of lesser value, draw them into himself and transform them into any form of treasure that he desires. He can choose to turn any living creature into stone as well.
He will teach you all that he has to teach over time. Some things can be learned immediately while other things will take more time. In our experience, the things that take more time to learn than others are complete invisibility, the ability to transmute generic items into treasures or items of greater value or vice versa and the ability to turn things into stone.
Keep in mind that this spirit should not be interacted with for any longer than an hour per day during each session. During each hour that you spend interacting with this spirit, there will be plenty for you to learn, but it can only be done in one-hour intervals. Do not attempt to go beyond that amount.
