What could be better than the Midas Touch?  Well, I guess it would be better if you could actually control the touch, as in not having EVERYTHING you touch actually turn to gold.  That might be annoying. You couldn’t hug the people you love without turning them to gold. You couldn’t eat your food without turning it to gold.  You get the picture. It probably would get annoying after a while. I mean you couldn’t even drive without turning your car to gold.
