Personal Casting Locket

This piece is a personal caster, but by personal caster we don't mean personal for yourself.  We mean that you use it with a specific person in mind.  You will need either something of theirs that carries an energy (hair, fingernail, etc.) or a picture of the person that you can put into this locket.  You will then be able to cast whatever magic you want upon this piece and will go directly to the person whose personal effects you have placed inside the locket.  You can use this with spells that you cast or with the magic of a relic.  If you are going to cast a spell on it, you can do this during a normal ritual.  If you are going to use a fetish or a relic, you will wear both of the items at the same time and the locket will absorb the energy from the fetish or relic and cast it upon the person whose personal effects are inside the locket.
