Project Rainbow

No this piece is not about gays, hooking up with gays, or anything gay.  It's actually about the the Philadelphia Experiment.  For some reason, the name Project Rainbow was given to this mission.  I have no clue why.  It's not my idea, it's not my thing.  What is my thing is that we have this piece that is made out of stuff that was found on a boat from the Philadelphia shipyard that was in on the time-travel experiment that was going on.  

The think is that the time-travel was never really meant to happen.  The whole point of Project Rainbow was to develop a shielding/cloaking device that would provide optical disappearance by manipulating the magnetic fields around physical matter, in this case a ship.  What happened was they transported a boat to Virginia sometime during the war of 1812.  They then transported it back.  It was a success, but it was also an utter failure.  Time-travel was achieved, but the boat came back with people missing, some mutated, some had their bodies mashed into the infrastructure of the boat, there were faces coming of beams and arms sticking out of the mast, and on and on and on.  

The point is, this method has been pretty much perfected the government and the piece that we have was made up of stuff found on the original experiment boat.  We have test this piece to make sure it works properly.  You have nothing to worry about.  It provides you with a safe and reliable way to travel throughout time, to leave the point in time where you exist and travel to any point in time that you desire.
