A flame is an eternal entity. As long as the three elements of fire are present-- oxygen, heat and fuel-- your flame will burn forever. It will never need to be restarted or adjusted. Those of you who are magically savvy already know this, but djinn are born of the smokeless flame. They are originally thought of as being evil or malevolent spirits, but this isn't always the case. The fact that they are born of the flame is indicative of the fact that they, too, are eternal. Once they are born they will not "go out" unless they are "put out," aka vanquished from the realm they are in. They will literally live forever.
This group of items contains a special time of pyromantic energy. This energy holds just enough life power that those who are using the piece will have the ability to birth an unlimited amount of djinn via the energy of fire. To use this piece properly, there will have to be some kind of flame. The bigger the flame or fire, the better, because that means there is more energy to draw from. For instance, you will be able to create a stronger djinn from a bonfire than you would from a candle. It's just the way this piece works.
When you wear this piece, and you are near a flame, you will begin to pull the energy of that flame into the piece. You will then be able to create and customize a djinn of your choosing. You can create any type of djinn and give it any type of power that you choose. Again, remember, a larger fire will make for a stronger djinn. You can either keep these djinn for yourself or send them to others.
