If there is one thing the Russians love, it's vodka. They prefer it neat, no chaser. The people in these cities are beautiful people, too. The clubs are havens for debauchery of all kinds, including magic that allows you to leave your body behind for days, without having to return.
Naturally, we are the ones that were stealing the bodies of people who had clearance to enter these secret cities. I forget the name of the body that Deedee took, but mine was Viktor. we were able to successfully able to extract one piece from one of the secret cities of Russia. This is a very powerful piece and getting it out was no small feet. The power and magic in this piece will allow the person who is wearing it to name 15 powers/magical abilities for themselves that they will be able to keep for as long as they are alive.
To use this piece, you will simply sit down with the piece and you will write down the 15 powers or abilities that you want on a white piece of paper.
