This piece holds a blue stone that was taken from the pyramid capstones in Atlantis. This stone holds a magic that allows you to astral travel from your body into the pyramid that this piece has come from. In this pyramid there is a ton of ancient, pre-historic Atlantean magic. You have free reign over these powers, to acquire them, hold them in your ring, and bring the back to the human realm. There are thousands of powers and forms of magic in the pyramid, so I'm not going to list them all. You will have to simply use this piece to see them. If there is a power or ability that you want specifically, you can project this in your mind and when you arrive at the pyramid you will be shown this power.
