The Cerpan Project, Russia Mind Bending

It appears that during the Cold War, nuclear weapons aren't the only thing the United States and Russia were vying to be the best at producing.  New documents that have become declassified, give proof that while the United States was developing mind control that bore the likeness of MK ULTRA, so was Russian.  The only difference is that they call their studies "psychotronics" instead of parapsychology.  All in all it is the same thing, and interest in being able to control the minds of others pique during the Cold War when the two world super powers were attempting to ouster one another.  Well actually Russia was the USSR at this point, but you get the picture.  

The Russians were successful in developing a a device called the Cerpan, which has the ability to actually accumulate bio-energy from living things in its immediate vicinity-- plants, animals and humans alike.  This energy is then used to create thoughts forms that are injected, via brainwaves, into another person's mind.  Russia pumped a reported $1 Billion into this investment.  Like the United States the operations meat and potatoes have remained classified and the test subjects were abducted by the KGB under the tenure of such recent leaders as Vladimir Putin himself.  The project was said to have begun in 1917, also being said to have drawn to a close in 2003.  However, I can tell you that latter of these two statements is disinformation, simply because I have these pieces.  

These pieces thrive off the same fundamentals as the Cerpan, except instead of needing to have a piece of machinery close to a person, all you need to do is have this object near a person.  You will be able to collect the bioenergy of those living beings around you, create thought forms with this energy by merely thinking the thought forms into existence, and then injecting the thought forms into another person's mind simply by directing the thought form toward the individual.  These pieces are very simply to use and that was the whole point in developing them into mobile instrument.  Using these devices, which have been disguised to look like every day items, is how Putin was able to have the people in Crimea all of a sudden want to become part of Russia again.

The piece that are being offered were given to us by a colleague of Serge Kernbach, the German scientist and writer, who uncovered these goings on a while ago.  The pieces were sent to us because Serge's colleague bought from us once before and wanted to repay the favor.  These pieces will work as intended by the Russian government and as described above.  I don't think I need to say anymore about this, as the power in these pieces is pretty self-explanatory.  These pieces are awesome!
