The Pharaohs Walk at Dusk
This piece belonged to H.P. Lovecraft and the image was taken of him in 1910 when he was 20 years of age. The locket itself is made of natural agate or some bloody red stone—we are not sure exactly what it is—but it is an antique, it is authentic and it does contain H.P. Lovecraft’s picture. The back is what we believe to be black polished obsidian.
In the year 1257 BC, the Pharaoh Ramses II ordered two temples to be built. They were both carved out of solid rock at a site inland called Nubia, today known as Abu Simbel. This place exists along the west bank of the Nile, south of Aswan. Even before Ramses II built his sacred temples there, the place had been known as a holy site to Hathor of Absek, for its energetic and magical properties. The temples that were built by Ramses II simply highlighted what had already been known for centuries-- the Nubia was a place of splendid magic.
The first temple built by Ramses II dons four colossal figures of Ramses seated upon a throne. You have to really take into consideration that each Pharaoh was considered a manifestation of gods on Earth. Thus, the four seated statues of Ramses represent the four gods that he most identified with internally. This has been kept a secret for the ages, but it is one that we found out during investigation when we went on in Egypt.
Without boring you with the details of the trip, we found ourselves deep in the heart of Egypt. Our sole priority in this particular investigation was to bring forth the magic of the Ramses II temple that he had built in his honor. We got more than what we bargained for when we were given a piece that belonged to H.P. Lovecraft that holds his picture and was his personal connection to power. We came to find that some of the things if not most of the things he wrote about were quite real and he would conjure them through this piece. He held a lot of Egyptian magic with which he would summon the entities he described as well as some of the entities only otherwise documented as prior Egyptian pharaohs. We waited until nightfall, because magic in Egypt always works better under the stars. It's the basis upon which their whole spectrum of magic was built.
Just after dusk, as Deedee received this piece, right before our very eyes, the statues began to take life. Beams shot out of the eyes toward the ground and four gods descended upon Earth. These four gods were 1.) Amun-Ra, the Hidden One 2.) Osiris, the King of the Living 3.) Anubis the Divine Embalmer and 4.) Thoth, the God of Infinite Knowledge and Wisdom. These four gods welcomed us and they each gave us a bit of their power. I'm leaving out some of the details to make this one short and to the point, because I could probably turn it into a novel but I’ll attempt to be concise.
What we were left with was this piece, which can conjure the presence of the four gods that showed themselves to us that day as well as any entity ever mentioned—and even some not mentioned, which you will discover on your own—and you can gain from them additional powers that neither we or any other have ever experienced. This piece summons these gods and brings you the powers of these gods. They will appear to you in full spiritual form, the way they appeared to us during the investigation. Their appearance can be a tad bit intimidating and please keep in mind that anybody who is not wearing this piece will not be able to see what you are seeing.
The powers that each of the four gods brings are as follows:
1.) Amun-Ra, the Hidden One gives you the ability to travel to and experience all the hidden places of reality. When it comes right down to it, we aren't even a speck of a speck of existence. There is so much more than what we are and reality as a whole has so much more to offer in the way of true knowledge and magic. These places exist across a spectrum of realities, even those that are parallel to our own. Amun-Ra will help you to experience all the hidden parts of the universe.
2.) Osiris, the King of the Living, brings you divine alchemy. This is all forms of alchemy grouped into one. This will allow you perform transitions and transformations on anything that you choose to. This could mean changing stones into jewels or copper into gold. This could mean shape-shifting from one for to another. It could mean transforming your destiny or transforming yourself into spiritual perfection to take the form of a god. Whatever kind of alchemy you wish to pursue, Osiris brings that to you.
3.) Anubis, the divine embalmer, brings you governance over all non-living beings. You can choose to resurrect them is spiritual form if you want. However, you can also use this piece to summon all sorts of non-living beings for their powers. Yeah, you can summon souls, but think outside the box. You can also use this piece to summon vampires, succubae, incubae, djinn, and any other non-living being. It really is a phenomenal power.
4.) Thoth, the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, brings you just that. Thoth is equivalent to the all-seeing eye of God. He is the ancient historian God that has seen all things and knows all powers and magic. Through summoning Thoth, you will be able to ask any question and he will give you the answer. You will be able to ask for any power and will grant it to you.
Previously I have only mentioned the Gods that visited us but you will find that you have access to many other creatures, spirits and entities only ever previously seen by H.P. Lovecraft himself. This includes Cthulhu, which Lovecraft is known to have communicated with quite a bit during his mortal lifetime. Cthulhu, though we have not interacted with him personally, is not evil as previously depicted but rather powerful and loyal, which is an effective combination to anyone who comes in possession of this item because, despite not being in constant communication with him, he is so powerful that much of what this piece does, including its circulation of magic, feeds off of the entity himself. This item is not one to pass up!
This item is an antique locket pendent.
