This piece is called the Sorcerer's Eye. This is because the piece is enchanted with an ancient magic that allows you to use your own eyes to see into the Cosmos. You will simply wear this piece during meditation. You will mentally project what kind of magic you would like to observe. Your mind will then take you to the place in the Cosmos where this magic exists. You will be able to see the magical essence of said power. Once you view the essence, the magic will be embedded into your subconscious after which you will be able to manifest that magic into the mortal realm. The Cosmos is where the minds of all the great sorcerers and magicians go when the die. They keep their soul, but teir knowledge goes to the cosmos as well.
