Into this piece has been summoned an entity known as the dark witch of Porlock, a small coastal town in England. The witch has been created by a coven that lives in Porlock and practices in secret due to fear of exposure. The Porlock witch has been designed from the toes on up and animated with a Necromancers spell that animated the lifeless form with the souls of 200 dead witches.
Since the body is essentially prosthetic, this witch of sorts is given immortality, despite the fact that is was just recently born. It will most likely be a force to reckon with in the magical realms for the times to come. WIth the souls of 200 witches, this creation which holds the magic and the power and the knowledge of these 200 witches. This is a ton of magic, both white and dark which is why we say that this witch is dual. Sheis able to cast whatever spell you'd like her to, all you have to do is ask.
